At the top of the PTW Mountain rests your academic goal—taming the graduation dragon. All that stands in your way is a treacherous path of classes that you will navigate with the help of your mentor, Markus Aurelius. Forge ahead toward the peak by completing courses, networking with fellow writers, and gaining skills that will help you post-graduation.
View course data that automatically syncs with your SJSU Canvas account. The courses needed to complete your chosen program will appear as gates along the PTW Mountain. As you complete courses, the gates will turn from gray to gold.
Compare your progress to other students in the program. Your legion represents which path in the program you will be taking: major or minor/certificate. Your legion determines which courses you will need to take as well as how long your journey may be. View leaderboards in the Coliseum to see how you measure up against the top 10 Spartans in your legion.
Track the skills you accumulate both in and outside of your coursework. The dragon represents graduation. As you work your way up the mountain, you will gain the skills needed to take on and tame the dragon. Once you reach graduation, your dragon is tame enough to fly you out of the PTW Mountain and off to new horizons.
In your house, you can view your avatar and access external portfolio materials. In the Coliseum, you can find outside resources to help you gain skill points and check out a bulletin board for real-life events. In your settings, you can change your preferences.
